Welcome to Zureox, a brand owned and operated by Anexa LLC (“Zureox,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) form a binding legal agreement between you and Anexa LLC and govern:

  • Your access to and use of our website, https://zureox.com (the “Site”), and

  • Any purchases of products or services you make from us (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using the Site, or by placing an order with us, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund & Returns Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Site or purchase our products.

1. Eligibility and Use of the Site

By using our Site, you represent and warrant that:

  • Product photographs and mockups

  • The unique artistic designs featured on our canvas products

is the exclusive property of Anexa LLC or its licensors and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not:

  • Reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, display, transmit, or create derivative works from any content or designs on the Site

  • Use our product images, designs, or text for commercial purposes

  • Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices

without our express prior written permission.

Limited, non-exclusive, and revocable permission is granted to you to access and use the Site solely for personal, non-commercial purposes related to browsing and purchasing our products.

3. Products and Made-to-Order Process

3.1. Made-to-Order Nature

All of our canvas products are made-to-order. This means:

  • Your product is produced individually after you place an order.

  • We work with professional, U.S.-based printing partners to create and ship your canvas.

  • We do not maintain large inventory stock of pre-printed items.

By purchasing from us, you acknowledge and agree to this production model.

3.2. Product Representation

We make every reasonable effort to display product images, designs, and colors as accurately as possible. However:

  • The colors you see on your screen may vary due to your device’s display settings, brightness, and calibration.

  • Minor variations in color, brightness, and cropping are normal for printed canvas products and do not constitute defects.

We reserve the right to make minor adjustments to designs (such as scaling, cropping, or alignment) as needed for production and framing.

3.3. Order Acceptance and Availability

All orders placed through the Site are offers to purchase products, subject to our acceptance.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to:

  • Accept or reject any order, and/or

  • Limit quantities per order, per person, or per household.

We may cancel or refuse an order in cases including, but not limited to:

  • Suspected fraud or unauthorized activity

  • Errors in pricing or product information

  • Operational or supply limitations

If your order is cancelled after payment has been processed, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

4. Pricing and Payments

All prices for products and services listed on the Site are shown in U.S. Dollars (USD), unless explicitly stated otherwise.

  • Prices may change at any time without notice.

  • Any price changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted and confirmed.

Payment for your order must be made in full at the time of purchase using one of the payment methods offered at checkout. We currently use third-party payment processors (such as Stripe or PayPal) to securely process your transactions, and your use of their services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

You agree to:

  • Provide current, complete, and accurate billing and payment information.

Because our products are made-to-order, total delivery time includes both production time and shipping time. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Production time may vary depending on order volume and complexity.

  • Delivery estimates are guidelines and not guaranteed delivery dates.

  • Delays may occur due to factors outside our control (e.g., weather, carrier delays, peak seasons).

6. Returns, Cancellations, and Refunds

Our policies regarding returns, cancellations, and refunds are described in detail in our Refund & Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Key points include (for convenience only; the policy itself controls):

  • A standard 30-day return window for eligible items from the date of delivery.

  • Certain items, such as customized canvases (e.g., with your own photos or custom text), are generally non-returnable, except in case of damage, defect, or our error.

  • Standard returns due to change of mind or preference usually require you to pay return shipping.

  • Orders may typically be cancelled or modified within a short time window after purchase (for example, within 12 hours), after which your order may already be in production and no longer cancellable.

By placing an order with us, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the Refund & Returns Policy applicable at the time of your purchase.

In case of any inconsistency between this summary and the full Refund & Returns Policy, the Refund & Returns Policy will govern.

7. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

You agree to use the Site only for lawful and legitimate purposes. You agree that you will not:

  • Use the Site in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation

  • Engage in any activity that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Site’s functioning

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site, user accounts, servers, or networks

  • Use any robot, spider, scraper, or other automated means to access the Site for any purpose without our express written permission

  • In no event shall Anexa LLC, its owners, directors, officers, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages (including lost profits, loss of data, or replacement costs) arising out of or related to:

    • Your use of, or inability to use, the Site,

    • Any products purchased through the Site, or

    • Any conduct or content of any third party.

  • Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site, or any products purchased from us shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the product(s) giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. If those laws apply to you, some of the above limitations may not apply, and our liability will be limited to the extent permitted by law.

Your use of the Site and your purchase of our products are also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and share your personal information.
