2. Products and the Made-to-Order Process

  • Made-to-Order Nature: All of our canvas products are custom-made-to-order. This means that when you place an order, we create the product specifically for you through our network of professional printing partners. The products are not held in stock. By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree to this production model.

  • Product Representation: We strive to display our products and their colors as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display will accurately reflect the true colors of the final product.

  • Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion. This may occur due to limitations on quantities available, inaccuracies in product or pricing information, or if we suspect fraudulent activity.

3. Pricing and Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD). Prices are subject to change without notice. Such changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted. Payment must be made in full at the time of order. For more details, please refer to our Payment Methods.

4. Shipping and Production

Our shipping and delivery estimates are governed by our Shipping Policy. As our products are made-to-order, delivery times will always include a production period prior to shipping. By placing an order, you agree to the production and shipping terms outlined in that policy.

5. Returns, Cancellations, and Refunds

Our policies regarding returns, cancellations, and refunds are detailed in our Return & Refund Policy. Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our products, returns are generally limited to items that are damaged or defective.
