2.1. We Do Not Sell Your Information for Money

Zureox does not exchange your personal information (such as your name, email address, or postal address) with data brokers or other third parties in return for direct monetary payment.

2.2. “Sharing” for Advertising Purposes

Under the CPRA, “sharing” includes disclosing personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Like many online stores, we use digital advertising tools, such as:

  • The Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Pixel

  • The Google Ads Tag, and similar technologies

These tools may collect or receive certain information when you interact with our website, such as:

  • IP address

  • Device type and browser type

  • Pages visited and actions taken on our site (e.g., viewing products, adding to cart)

This allows our advertising partners to:

  • Measure the performance of our ad campaigns, and

3. How to Submit Your Opt-Out Request

4. Our Verification Process

To protect your privacy and prevent unauthorized requests, we may need to verify your identity before we complete your opt-out request.

We typically do this by:

  • Matching the name and email address in your request with information already in our records (such as past orders), and/or

  • Requesting additional details related to prior transactions or account information, if necessary, to confirm that you are the correct person.

If we cannot reasonably verify your identity, we may be unable to honor the request, but we will explain this to you and, where possible, provide options.

5. What Happens After You Opt-Out

When you opt out of the “sharing” of your personal information for targeted advertising:

  • We will take steps to stop using your information for cross-context behavioral advertising, in line with California law.

  • Our use of advertising tools may be adjusted or limited to prevent personalized ads based on your past interactions with our site.

Please note:

  • You may still see Zureox ads online, but they may be more generic and less tailored to your interests.

  • This opt-out does not affect the information we must share to fulfill your orders, such as:

    • Providing your shipping details to our printing and fulfillment partners

    • Sharing your address with shipping carriers to deliver your canvases

  • This opt-out is separate from email marketing:

    • If you wish to stop receiving promotional emails, please use the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of any marketing email, or contact us at contact@zureox.com.

We will process your opt-out request as required by CPRA, and within applicable legal timeframes.
