At Zureox, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our art. Because each canvas is a custom piece created specifically for you, our return policy is designed to address quality concerns while reflecting the made-to-order nature of our products.

1. Our Commitment to Quality: Returns for Damaged or Defective Items

Your satisfaction is our priority. We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery for any item that arrives with a quality issue.

A return is eligible if the item is:

  • Damaged during transit.

  • Defective due to a printing or manufacturing error.

  • The incorrect item from what you ordered.

If your order falls into one of these categories, please contact us at contact@zureox.com within 30 days of receiving it.

2. Non-Returnable Items (Due to Custom-Made Nature)

Because every canvas is printed on-demand specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for reasons unrelated to product quality. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • “Change of mind” or buyer’s remorse.

  • Ordering the incorrect size or design.

  • Color variations due to differences in monitor settings.

We strongly encourage you to double-check your order details before purchasing.

3. The Return Process (for Eligible Items)

If your item is damaged or defective, please follow these simple steps:

  • Step 1: Contact Us First. Email us at contact@zureox.com with your order number and a clear description of the issue. Crucially, please attach photos that clearly show the damage or defect. This helps us quickly verify the issue and assist you.

  • Step 2: Receive Authorization. We will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct return address. Please do not send items back without an RMA.

  • Step 3: Ship the Item. Once authorized, you may be asked to return the item. Please package it securely to prevent further damage.

4. Refund Process & Timeline

Once an eligible return is approved (and the item is received and inspected, if required):

  • We will process your full refund to your original method of payment.

  • Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, noting that processing times can vary between financial institutions.

Alternatively, we are happy to arrange for a free replacement of the damaged or defective item.

5. Order Cancellations

Due to our automated, on-demand production process, an order enters the production queue very quickly. If you need to cancel your order, you must contact us within 2 hours of placing it. We cannot guarantee cancellations after this window, as the item may have already started production.

6. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • For any approved return due to damage, defect, or our error, Zureox will cover all return shipping costs.

  • Shipping costs for any unauthorized returns will not be refunded.

7. Restocking Fee

We never charge restocking fees.

8. Exchanges

We do not offer traditional exchanges. If your item is defective, we will provide a replacement. If you wish to have a different design or size, you would need to place a new order.
