This Shipping Policy explains how we process and ship orders within the United States.
1. Delivery Timeline & Order Processing
Our delivery process is divided into two stages: Production and Shipping.
Order Cut-Off Time

Cut-off time: 6:00 PM (Pacific Time – PT), Monday through Friday.

Orders placed after 6:00 PM PT, or on weekends or US federal holidays, will begin processing on the next business day.
Estimated Delivery Breakdown
All timeframes below are in business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US federal holidays).

2. Shipping Rates
We strive to keep shipping costs clear and straightforward. Shipping fees are calculated based on your order subtotal (after discounts and before taxes).

Orders under $199.00: $7.99 flat rate

Orders of $199.00 and above: FREE shipping
All shipping charges are displayed at checkout before you submit payment. We do not charge hidden handling fees.
3. Shipping Destinations & Restrictions
Where We Ship

We currently ship exclusively within the 50 United States.

We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Address Restrictions
To ensure secure and reliable delivery, we are not able to ship to:

P.O. Boxes

APO/FPO/DPO military addresses

Freight forwarders
Please provide a valid physical street address (residential or commercial) at checkout.
4. Carriers & Tracking

We partner with USPS, UPS, FedEx, and other major US carriers to deliver your order.

The specific carrier and service are selected automatically based on package size, weight, and destination to achieve a reliable and efficient delivery.
Tracking:

Once your order leaves our facility, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email containing your tracking number.

Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update with the first scan in the carrier’s system.
5. Address Accuracy
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is complete and accurate, including apartment, suite, and unit numbers where applicable.

If you notice an error in your address, please contact us immediately at contact@zureox.com.

Once an order has entered production or been shipped, we may no longer be able to modify or reroute the shipment.
Zureox is not liable for packages that are lost, delayed, or returned due to:

Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses entered by the customer, or

Delivery issues caused by the customer’s failure to receive or pick up the package.
6. Sales Tax
In compliance with US tax laws, Sales Tax is not included in the listed product prices.

Applicable sales tax is calculated and displayed at checkout based on the shipping address and local tax regulations.

The tax amount will be collected together with your payment at checkout.
7. Lost or Damaged Shipments
We take responsibility for your order until it reaches your shipping address.
Damaged Items on Arrival
If your canvas arrives damaged or with a clear manufacturing defect:

Please contact us at contact@zureox.com within 30 days of delivery.

Clear photos of the damage, and

Photos of the shipping label and packaging.

In most cases, you will not be required to return the damaged item. After reviewing your photos and confirming the issue, we will arrange either:

A Free Replacement, or
-
A Full Refund to your original method of payment,
in accordance with our Refund and Returns Policy.
Lost Packages
If:

Your tracking information has not updated for 10 consecutive business days, or
-
The tracking status shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package,
please contact us at contact@zureox.com. We will:

Open an investigation with the carrier, and

Work with you to reach a fair resolution in line with our Refund and Returns Policy (replacement or refund, depending on the situation and carrier outcome).
