Thank you for choosing Zureox. Every canvas we offer is a unique piece of art, created especially for you after your order is placed. This policy details our production and shipping process to ensure you know exactly when to expect your new artwork.

1. Our Made-to-Order Process: Production & Shipping

Because each canvas is custom-made, our delivery timeline is divided into two distinct phases:

  • Production Time (2-5 Business Days): This is the time it takes for our expert partners to custom-print, stretch, and frame your canvas art. Our production facilities operate Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM (PT), excluding U.S. federal holidays.

  • Shipping Time (5-7 Business Days): Once production is complete and your order has passed our quality check, it is shipped. This is the estimated time your package is in transit to your address.

Total Estimated Delivery Time: You can typically expect your custom canvas to arrive within 7 to 12 business days from the date of your order.

2. Shipping Rates & Destinations

We are proud to offer shipping across the United States. Currently, we do not ship to international destinations.

  • Orders Under $199: A flat shipping rate of $7.99 applies.

  • Orders of $199 or More: Enjoy FREE Shipping on us!

The final shipping cost will be calculated and displayed on the checkout page before you complete your purchase.

3. Shipping Carrier and Tracking

  • Carrier: We partner with the United States Postal Service (USPS) to ensure reliable and trackable delivery of your artwork.

  • Tracking Information: You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a USPS tracking number as soon as your order leaves our production facility. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active.

4. Sales Tax

Please note that the prices displayed on our website do not include sales tax. In compliance with state and local laws, applicable sales tax will be calculated based on your shipping address and added to your order total during the checkout process.

5. Shipping Restrictions and Address Accuracy

 

To ensure secure delivery, we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO military addresses. Please provide a valid physical street address at checkout.

  • Customer Responsibility: It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address. Zureox is not liable for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

6. Damaged or Lost Shipments

We take great care in packaging your art.

  • Damaged Shipments: If your order arrives damaged, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy. We offer a 30-day window from the date of delivery to address any item that arrives damaged or defective. Please contact us at contact@zureox.com with your order number and clear photos of the damage so we can resolve the issue promptly.

  • Lost Shipments: If your tracking information has not updated for an extended period, or if your order is marked as “delivered” but you have not received it, please contact our support team at contact@zureox.com so we may investigate the issue with USPS.

7. Order Modifications

 

Due to the custom nature of our made-to-order process, an order enters the production queue very quickly. If you need to request a modification or cancellation, you must contact us within 2 hours of placing it.

We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations after this window, as the item may have already started production. Please contact us immediately, and we will do our best to assist if possible.
